Manx Cats:
Originating in the Isle of Man, the Manx breed has the natural mutation of being tailless to possessing a medium-long length tail. There are 5 tail classifications: rumpy, riser, stumpy, stubby and longy. They have elongated hind legs and a round head. They come in a variety of coat colors and patterns. They can be short-haired or long-haired as well, with the long-haired variety often being considered the Cymric breed and the curly coated called the Tasman Manx.
These cats are small to medium sized with firm bodies and large prominent eyes. They are known to be excellent hunters but are also social, intelligent and active. They can be very attached to humans but are shy with strangers. They may act like dogs, wanting to play and fetch and even following commands. They sometimes seem to hop like bunnies when they walk unlike the usual cat stride.
