Himalayan Cats:

The Himalayan breed is sometimes considered a sub-breed of long-haired cat identical to the Persian breed, except for the eye color and color point pattern. They tend to have a cobby body with short legs and there are two variations: the traditional or doll-face and the peke-faced that seems more squashed. Their color point variations can be: blue, seal, chocolate, lilac, red and cream. Most of the fur is is white or cream and sometimes the points can be tabby, lynx, or tortoiseshell.

These cats have long coats so they need to be groomed daily and have their face wiped as well. Bathing them frequently is also recommended.

Himalayan cats are gentle, sweet-tempered, calm and can be playful. They are devoted and dependent on their humans for companionship. They crave attention and affection. They are easily amused and love to play fetch.
