Highlander Cats:
Also known as the Highland Lynx, the Highlanders are domestic breed that have a powerful big cat appearance. They have a giant, heavy and muscular body and ears that may or may not be curled. Their tails may or may be bobbed and some individuals may have polydactyl feet. Their coat is medium to long and they have strong and pronounced facial features.
Males of this breed can weigh up to 20 lbs. They can be short-haired or long-haired and come in a variety of colors and patterns. They love to be the center of attention and are known to be very affectionate, gentle and playful. These cats have a lot of energy and need physical activity. They behave a lot like dogs and can be easily trained to sit, fetch and walk on a leash.
They are sociable with children, dogs and even other cats.
